Currently, when you create a person (normal “Create a person” procedure) or when you modify it, a mention is added at the bottom of the personal file with Creation: date, time, user. Last modified: date, time, user. It is useful and important. This mention does not appear when the person is created via, for example, a funeral celebration, or when the person creates their own form using a Public Form. It would be great if the mention also existed in these cases. In case of a form, it may be for example Creation by public form: registration at [specify the form and the linked group], on [date] at [time] . This mention must also appear on the linked personal files: Creation linked to the registration of [main person registered] via public form at the group/activity/sacrament/funeral [specify], on [date] at [time] . This is important to know where the new user forms come from. It is also linked to the RGPD notice of personal files linked to a group registration: for these people, no RGPD mention appears, although it was indeed someone from their household who created this linked personal file when registering a member of their family. Again, it would be good if a trace of the origin of the inscription appeared. Finally, and this is linked, administrators should be able to easily locate the latest registrations/modifications/validations. However, when it is done by form, it does not appear in the Action Log, because it is not linked to a user (that being said, when a user validates a new person form, it does not appear in the log either, and this is information that can regularly be missing). It would be great if the admin could sort by creation date as well as modified date. For a more complete follow-up, to understand why we suddenly go from 740 people registered in the entity to 890, to identify certain anomalies (e.g. a user who creates a form whose name is “Not communicated” about the father of a child who must be baptized...), etc. There you go! Thanks!
