What's new
- RGPD: Communication preferences are now managed individually for each person, by channel (email, SMS, telephone, mail) and by type of content (financial, financial, newsletter...), with the possibility of accepting or refusing, on a perimeter of your choice (global, entity, diocese, group or activity), with the possibility of accepting or refusing, on a perimeter of your choice (global, entity, entity, diocese, group or activity); the most accurate preference wins. Improvements

What's new
- Activities/Attendances: New “Enter Attendances” right: a user in consultation or read-only mode can call up a session and scan the tickets for an event, without being able to modify the activity.
- Person/Contact Details: A person can have as many email addresses and phone numbers as needed, each with a profile (personal, professional, volunteer). You choose the main coordinate used for shipments, you can hide one from the display, and each address is checked separately. The search and detection of duplicates take into account all coordinates.
Improvements
- Group configuration/Duplication: The duplication window clearly separates the group to be duplicated from the new group, no longer pre-populates the source group, and the manager's search finally suggests the people from the target entity.
- Duplicates/Fusion: For the sacraments, “Yes” is pre-checked as soon as one of the two cards indicates it, and the kinship links open the form of the person in consultation.
- Funeral: The form and its printout show “Burial mode: Cremation” or “Burial” instead of “Cremated/Buried”.
- Groups: After archiving or unarchiving a group, you go back to its form rather than to the modification page.
- Groups/Funerals/Tables: The date columns for registrants (birth, sacraments, timestamp) and funerals receive the same date filter as the additional fields (months in use, equal, equal, before, after, between).
- Interface: The confirmation and warning windows adopt the Enoria theme: icon to the left of the title, aligned texts, harmonized buttons, coherent dark mode.

Corrections
- Catechumenate: The “Current Step” column shows the next step that has not been validated, and the title, date and link always refer to the same stage.
- Catechumenate/Stage passages: A celebration associated with two courses no longer displays its title in duplicate, and the courses concerned are indicated under the title.
- Configuration/Options: The deadline for opening Mass intentions no longer accepts a negative value.
- Configuration/Entity duplication: The confirmation message shows the actual number of additional fields imported.
- Groups/Duplication: The “Copy of the group made” banner is displayed again, the banner of the copied rights only appears if the option is checked, and only authorized categories are proposed.
- Natural language search: The questions offered are limited to his questions and those shared, and the photos of the people are displayed correctly in the results.
- Rooms/Outdoor Display: Bookings over several days appear on the outdoor display.
- Rooms/Planning: The “Manage Pastoral Events” right alone is sufficient to see the schedule, add and modify a pastoral event.

What's new
- Liturgical Calendar: The personalized liturgical calendar is now offered to all entities, with a new display; it is activated in Options › Liturgical Information by choosing “Enoria” as the source. It is faster than the AELF, allows the management of personalized liturgical days at the diocese and parish level. It can be integrated into various places in the application, in particular in the room schedule.
- Celebrations: Possibility to notify by email the celebrants added to or removed from a celebration. (to be activated in the configuration of Christian life)
- Groups: New “Activities” column in the list of members of a group, with the number of activities monitored and attendance.
- Intelligent search: Smart search is open to all entities: you ask your question from the search bar at the top of the page, and the answer is displayed on a dedicated page that also keeps the history of your questions.
Improvements
- External view: New “Anonymous manager” option, next to “Anonymous celebrant”, to hide the person responsible for reservations other than masses.
- Catechumenate: From a catechumen's sheet, Tools › Documents directly offers the catechumenate models, and the bottom of the sheet indicates who created and last modified it.
- Catechumenate/Marriage: The dates and places of civil and religious marriages entered in a file are listed on the person file, and vice versa; the form also includes the previous religious marriage.
- Collection: New “Donor Export”, one line per donor, next to the export of donations; the exported amount takes into account payments spread over several objects.
- Configuration: The support team can now fill in and modify email sending configurations by domain name.
- Online form: Clearer registration process: “Start registration” button, direct connection to registration after modifying a form, and birth year proposed by default adapted to children and adults.
- Funeral: The “Contact of the deceased” page displays the linked entity of each funeral, with a filter, to prepare a communication by parish (for example for November 2).
- Groups/Activities: The online forms now only offer activities from their period and not yet completed.
- Lists: “Invert the selection” is back in the selection menu for all the lists (groups, activities, people, homes, sacraments, masses, payments...).
- Email: A warning is displayed before sending when the number of recipients exceeds the sending server limit (Gmail, Microsoft 365...), and the message inviting you to configure your sending account is clearer.
- Person/Parent: Possibility to enter a grandson or granddaughter from the grandparent file, including as the family relationship of the funeral contact.
- Sacraments: Addition of quick registration on the list of sacraments, to register beneficiaries in a group, event or activity.
- Users: In the rights form for a user or profile, the two rights linked to absences (see everyone's absences, enter or modify those of others) now have their own “Absences” section, placed under “Permanences”, instead of being stored in “Utilities”.
- Registration Form V2: The free donation amount now accepts cents and is displayed as an amount in euros. (optional: beta feature)
Corrections
- Baptisms: A baptism request sent online without a second parent no longer creates an empty person file.
- Liturgical calendar: Easter is no longer calculated a day too early, which delayed the labels for all the Easter time; the Mass liturgy follows the Enoria calendar when it is activated.
- Duplicates: The search for duplicates at the diocese level now detects duplicate records between the diocese and its parishes.
- Events: Sharing of diocesan events reviewed: sharing possible at all levels (deaneries, centers, parishes), direct access from parish administrators to registrants, tools to complete the entity that connects registrations, and sharing recorded as soon as the event was created.
- Online form: The invitation link sent from an activity opens the correct form again.
- Activity log: The free search in the journal is successful again instead of leading to an error.
- Document template: The preview of a template without a minimum role works again; the documents generated from a group or an activity follow the order shown on the screen and are no longer truncated; the PDF example of the store templates opens correctly; the parish seal is displayed correctly on the confirmation snippet.
- Notifications: A notification without an associated page (for example synchronization with Brevo or Mailjet) is well marked as read upon click.
- Payment: “Validate in account” from the payment form works again.
- Legal entities: The deletion of a legal entity now keeps its payments.
- Tax receipts: The list of receipts follows the entity's fiscal year (closing month at your choice) and displays the number of receipts issued, their total amount and the number of receipts cancelled.
- Users: A tab that was left open on an entity other than the active entity now displays an alert, to avoid registering data in the wrong entity; the registration forms are attached to the entity in their group.
- Christian Life/Table Management: Online changes are limited to celebrations in one's own parish, with several corrections and a lighter page.

Improvements
- Catechumenate: The diocese now maintains the parish of origin of each catechumen (export, lists of registrants and tables per label), can assign the same dated stage to catechumens from several parishes at once, and the selection of the three sacraments of initiation is simplified; the annual renewal of catechumens is also facilitated.
- Funeral: A one-time contact can now be added to funerals created without contact.
- Groups: In “Groups by Label”, a parish group that the user cannot open is displayed in plain text, instead of a link that leads to an error.
- Menu: It is possible to pin your favorite entries to the top of the menu, to fold the categories, and the menu remembers its status from one page to another and from one post to another.
- Payment: The help message on card payment options is clarified: the Apple Pay and Google Pay activation button is only visible once Stripe is set up.
Corrections
- Celebrations: The filters in the celebration table of daughter entities again propose the celebrants, places, parishes and days present; the resumption of a celebration from MessesInfo no longer removes the entire series from the same schedule; the festive masses are proposed in the “Type of celebration” filter in the configuration.
- Configuration: Registering an SMTP domain that has already been configured now shows a clear message instead of an error.
- House: A household with additional fields filled in can be deleted again.
- Funeral: The duplicate alert window on the contact is now blocking at creation, like that of the deceased.
- Groups: The action bar for additional fields no longer extends beyond the map in the form of a group or activity.

- Activities: A diocese can now designate, on an event, the daughter entities concerned; registrants indicate their affiliated entity, and parish referents can consult their own registrants without seeing those from other parishes.
This possibility is in beta, you should ask support to activate it for your entity.
Improvements
- Activities: Better legibility of names on the presence summary in dark mode.
- Registration Form V2: Several adjustments: the mention “I don't have one” is possible for the “Other first names” field, the cross for deleting the donation (source of confusion) is removed, and the message about the expiration of the home link is simplified to better guide parishioners.
- Person: School classes are now offered from the smallest to the largest.
- Support: Better traceability of tickets and support access; current support accesses are reset.
Corrections
- Configuration: The registration of an entity's configuration is no longer blocked without explanation by an IBAN or BIC of incorrect length, even when the transfer is disabled.
- Events: Corrects registrations registered during a bad period, which prevented some registrants from being clocked.
- Registration Form V2: The email confirming the baptism and marriage forms now shows the desired celebration date, not the date of the day of the request.
- Groups/Sacraments: All dates entered in an additional field with multiple dates are now taken into account, and the date filter for tables now offers a calendar.
- My Parish: The button to delete an article works again on mobile.

What's new
- Online payment: The card payment page has been revised. It is done in two steps, payment then confirmation, and offers Apple Pay and Google Pay.
- Person/Photo: People without photos have an avatar according to their title: man, woman, priest, bishop, brother or monk, sister.
- Synchronization of contacts via CardDav: From their profile, everyone chooses the contacts synchronized on their phone (members of groups and activities, sacraments, children, contact details). The notebook is lighter and the search is faster.
Improvements
- Activities/Sessions: Session room reservations keep the manager chosen. If you move a reservation from the schedule, the session is updated.
- Foyer/Public Page: The public home page loads much faster, and the hotlines no longer appear in “My Bookings”.
- Groups: On the group sheet and in the automatic group of managers, the contact details of the managers follow their communication preferences.
- Quality indicators: The dashboard counters are clickable, lead to their section and pass to the line on the small screen. The menu scrolls by itself when you unfold a section.
- Document templates: Document templates can use the funeral contact (name, telephone, email, link to the deceased), even if they do not have a person file.
- Payment/Adding: Legal entities shared by the diocese are proposed to be added with a payment.
- Personal planning: The personal schedule is loaded much faster.
- Plannings/Printing: The personal schedule, office hours and vacations are printed with all their events, and the break between pages is better.
- Intelligent search: you can now search for payments by specifying the payment method.
- Selection: The button for deleting a selection is more visible, to avoid deletions by mistake.
- Christian life/Summary: The summary sheet exported in Word is more readable and easier to edit: it uses Word title styles and no longer has big blanks.
Corrections
- Liturgical actors: On the public page, the filter by type of celebration chosen in the configuration works again with two or more types.
- Celebrations: If an already designated celebrant becomes unavailable due to an absence added later, the celebration page reports this.
- Celebrations/MessesInfo: Correction of an error when creating or modifying a celebration synchronized with MessesInfo. The synchro list has also been corrected for multi-community entities.
- Configuration/Catechumenate: When you modify a course, the choice of the status of the catechumen no longer appears in duplicate.
- Online form: Correction of an error on the form when a household member died.
- House: Fixed the strong suppression of a home shared with the diocese.
- Groups/Addition of members: The missing space between the particle and the name has been added.

- History: The action log of an entity no longer shows the actions performed by a user in another of its entities.
- Mass intentions: Correct the erroneous registration of the gender when creating a person, and remove a payment button displayed incorrectly once payment has been made.
- Permanences: An permanence slot whose registrant has been deleted is again correctly displayed as empty.
- Person: Remove a search bar that did not work on a parent entity's list of people.
- Room reservations: It is now possible to register a full day reservation from the public form, and the emails/notifications finally show the end date for a reservation over several days.
- Users: Correct an administrator with supervision who appeared to be incorrectly locked read-only and deprived of certain rights.

- Email: The response address of the registration confirmation email can now be configured at the level of the form, activity or group, rather than systematically using the personal address of the manager.
Improvements
- Collection, Donation, Donation: Recurring donations by direct debit can now be paid at a frequency of your choice (monthly, bimonthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual), and no longer only monthly.
