Get new statistics, for the additional fields that are installed. For example, for belonging to a community in the parish, and the interest in visualizing the distribution of parishioners according to their community of belonging.
If we set up an additional field it is to have a global parish vision at a given time.

Since the content of the additional fields is free, it is difficult to qualify as a statistic, anyone can put what they want in it... I don't see how your request can be generalized.
