Room: be able to validate or not reservations made by a third party

For some rooms, it would be interesting to allow the manager to validate or not a reservation before it is final. This moderation would avoid reservations made too automatically and not thoughtfully enough (e.g. a small group in a large room when another more suitable room is available).
