In fact, preparations for baptism, for example, are occasional and not regular. It would be practical to be able to record attendance directly on Enoria and invite absentees to new dates.

Second advantage of using the one-time format for baptism preparations: you can register people who are not necessarily part of the dedicated group. In particular, we receive sponsors quite regularly from whom some baptismal parishes require compulsory preparation (DOM-TOM, Italy, Portugal, etc.). It would be practical - especially for animators - to have them in the list of participants, without the need to register them in the Baptism group.
