It is true that at the beginning, the schedule was designed to manage the occupancy of the rooms, which is already very practical.
However, in my parish as well, there is a need to note in our planning the highlights (meetings, pilgrims) diocesan and community.
Today I am diverting the schedule by entering a “diocese” room and a “community” room but this is not ideal.
