File sharing notification

In the case of a file sharing, could the parish (or diocese) receive a notification that would let them know that the form has been shared? This is the frequent case of catechumens sharing with the diocese.

Question: When a group is shared with the diocese through a label (in this case a group of catechumens) is it necessary to also share the person file so that the diocese sees them appear on its side?
