Email sender name
Béatrice HUET
Good morning,
When an email comes from Enoria, people receive an email whose sender is just “ENORIA”.
Would it be possible to add the name of the entity to give “ENORIA - entity name”
I am bringing this up again because a parishioner immediately put the email received in the trash.
What do you think?
Marie DAVOUST
For my part, I prefer to use the address field to copy and paste and send my email

Marie DAVOUST: Too bad not being able to use the Enoria tool. Today, a second parishioner pointed out to me that his registration confirmation email, which arrives just with the name “ENORIA”, questioned him and that he almost did not open it. He asked me precisely if the name of the parish could appear next to the name of ENORIA?

Béatrice HUET To make things clear: “technical” emails arrive with the name “Enoria” because they are sent by the same mailbox and to avoid spam attempts we are forced to keep the same sender. The emails you send from the “tools” to use your email sending system and therefore your name
Béatrice HUET
P. Raphaël Cournault Thank you for this clarification but that does not prevent the automatic emails sent from Enoria can discourage recipients. However, I can understand the technical limitations.
