Office hours management currently works in a planning mode like room management.

We would like it to work more like managing celebrations in chalkboard mode like celebrations and Christian living.

This is mainly due to the fact that for the hotlines, we need to register or that people register as volunteers.

A table allowing mass filling in, such as the form for liturgical actors, would also be practical.
