Integrate office hours into the room schedule

Good morning,
It would be good to include the various hotlines indicated in the room schedule/room occupancy.
For example, currently if we schedule an adoration of the Blessed Sacrament in the church every Friday afternoon in Lent, it is invisible on the agenda so funerals can be scheduled by the user who looks at the agenda.
Likewise, the hotlines do not appear on the external display either...

Yes, except that not all the hotlines block an entire hall or church. For example, in our country, a confession hotline does not block anything in the use of the Church.

example: the permanent sacristan, the confessor, or the person who welcomes is not “public” information it is information for the reception team, the sacristan team, the priest team... therefore accessible in the offices in Enoria.
