Enrolling a child in a group and primary contact greyed out

The new “main contact” feature is great and allows you not to send an email to one of the parents who do not want to receive emails that affect their children.
But when a parent registers for their child, the parent who does not want an email receives the email confirming the child's registration in the group.
Would it be possible, as for the emails sent, for the greyed out main contact not to receive this email?

Hello, is it possible for parents to define themselves as legal guardian or the main contact for their children, for example in an activity registration form? If yes, what should I do?

Timothée BRUNET it would actually be a plus if, when a parent registers their child, they could give this information because for now, parents only have their home page to define for themselves who is legally responsible or the main contact for their children.
