[Group/List View] Show all registrations activities of members of a given group

Allow to visualize the activity (s) in which the members of a group are registered. This visualization should be simple and fast, such as displaying a column with details of the activities concerned displayed by clicking or mouseover on the number of activities in which the member is registered, for example. This column can also be displayed only on demand (group property) so as not to make the table of all groups heavier for all.
This need arises from the need to make sure that each group member is at least registered in one activity and see which one (s) without opening everyone's form.

It would indeed be very useful to see posted in a Group, the registration as well as the participation of members in Activities/Events associated with this Group!!
Here are a few other applications:
- Wedding preparation: the question and the choice to make are over: “is it better to create a preparation group or a regular preparation activity?” ; The Group allowing you to benefit from automatic registration to the Preparation Group from a Sacrament sheet; The regular event/activity allowing the monitoring of participations.
- Baptism preparation: same...
- Preparation for confirmation: verification of the participants' participation in the pilgrimage
- Group Formation of Lay Officiants: would validate participation in the three training sessions
- Protection of minors: would allow to display the date of participation in the mandatory training session to be in contact with minors

The need has remained current since the start of the 2025 school year. Can we hope to have it by the end of the school year next year? Thanks in advance for the huge help this will bring in managing groups vs activities

it would be very practical to be able to have a column at the group level indicating the activity (s) in which the person is registered. Currently it is not a field available at the group level.
