public marriage form - fiancé address
terminated
Sylvie VISINAND
The wording for asking the fiancée if she lives at the same address as her fiancé is confusing: “Does the fiancée live at the same address as the fiance?” With this turn of phrase we expect a “yes” /"no”. However, that is not the case. Wouldn't it be more logical to turn this question into an assertion: “the fiancée lives at the same address as the fiancé” checked by default (because the most frequent case), if you uncheck, you arrive at a second address to write down.
