Export the whole database
Guillaume DEVEAUX
Previously, we could export the entire database to Excel. Anything more possible.
However, we may have tools that are not combined with Enoria (in our case a tool for creating news letters), for which we would need to be able to retrieve data from our database.
Would it be possible to regain this possibility of exporting the entire database?

At worst, you can create a “base” group and register all the
world (a group is exportable).
For ma.part, I am content with the document that lists the first and last names, and a copy/paste of the pdf in excel me.permet to easily check by VLOOKUP for people who are not in the right groups. Then I can destroy the Excel file after use.

The interest of Enoria is to keep personal data (often sensitive) that parishioners entrust to us in accordance with the law (see CNIL criminal sanctions) in accordance with the law (cf. criminal sanctions CNIL). Exporting this data in a raw (and massive) way represents an unacceptable security breach: this data is accessible to anyone (impossible to protect an Excel file: printed or sent by email without any traceability,). Who is ready to take legal responsibility for having exposed the data that our parishioners entrust to us (and of which we are not owners but simply trustees)?

More generally, we are the owners of data, and there is no reason why we cannot export certain information to Excel.
In the sacramental part, in the homes, for example, I don't see why we can't do an Excel export
