User rights: add a “duplicate the group” checkbox

We need Catechesis and Chaplaincy group leaders to be able to duplicate a group with the “Duplicate a group” function in the Manage Groups - Actions menu. However, to date, this is only possible by an administrator.
Can you add a feature (check box) in User rights (Users menu) to allow the delegation of this function?
This is very useful to reduce the ENORIA administration burden and to give more management autonomy for these group managers in particular.

Yes, users who can create groups must be able to access the duplicate a group function. BUT do not put a right in + to delegate this function: basically anyone who has the right to create a group has access to the group duplication function.
