Create a user by copying the rights of another

For users who share the same service within the parish. In addition, a plus, instead of a single manager, the services are provided by a small group of people.

Duplicate a user - urgent and urgent request
Eric LEFEBVRE
Especially since it has been requested for a long time.
Urgent and urgent because on the eve of a new year I guess that the administrators will have many changes to make, at least that is my case with the change of priest and the changes in responsibilities for September in my parish.
Copying by hand is a tedious job with significant risks of errors.
Thanks for your valuable help

The solution in the case presented here by Sylvie is to first create a user profile and then to create the users concerned.
There is a functional limitation today which is that a user profile cannot be applied to an already existing user, but this is not the same request as the one expressed here.
The request for propagating a user profile to an existing user can be found here: https://roadmap.enoria.app/developpements-demandes/p/user-gestion-des-droits-pouvoir-appliquer-un-profil-utilisateur-en-modification

It is already possible to create a user profile and name it, from the list of users, by clicking on “+ Create” (green background).
Hope this info helps

request already recorded by the way. very useful with the changes in responsibilities from one year to the next. It's becoming URGENT. Thank you Misha for taking this request into account as a top priority.

And to manage porting changes from year to year it would be great

The problem with the user profile: it can be created by anyone, but only used by the administrator. Logically, it should be the other way around (as I knew it in the HRIS of a large company).

Why not create a user profile?
Hubert SALLÉ
Sylvie VISINAND, that would be a solution, we could create a profile in one click from an existing user's profile.
Sylvie VISINAND
Hubert SALLÉ this feature is very practical indeed, even if it means adding or deleting rights for certain profiles
Eric LEFEBVRE
Sylvie VISINAND is the solution that I have miso in practice: create a profile from a user and assign this profile to the 3 other people. In 2 steps instead of one!
