Xavier BEHAEGEL It is always the personal address that is taken by default

P. Raphaël Cournault: I think that the proposal is precisely aimed at being able to choose that at the level of the personal profile.
This is a real problem for people who have a mission (with a professional email) at the service of the parish, and who are at the same time parishioners (with children for example).
It is not easy to solve. You have to mature the question to see if there is a way to send emails concerning a registration for an activity (of the person or children) to the personal address, but send what concerns the mission to the professional address.

Cédric van WAESBERGHE: In some dioceses, they have (for people who have both one foot in their parish and one foot in the diocese) two cards: a “Martin DUPOND” personal file and a pro sheet (for the mission) “Martin DUPOND -AD” (AD for Diocesan Association). This makes it possible to separate their accesses well and avoid mixing everything up.
However, this poses a small problem for those who need user access to Enoria at the parish level AND at the diocesan level, as it requires them to connect to the correct account, and to juggle a bit sometimes. But most prefer that, rather than ending up with emails from Parochial Enoria on their diocesan address!
