load external documents into profiles

Hello, loading of external documents, jpeg, pdf, pdf, word, ppt, (e.g.: welfare charter) by the cluster coordinator and the user concerned, in their profile, documents that can be consulted by the group manager and the user.
Also if possible: Attach external documents, when sending emails.

You cannot download documents in Enoria (Perf server size), you can use a parish NAS and put the links in a group with an additional field. on the other hand in sending an email you can add a doc from your PC or shared on your network
