P. Raphaël Cournault: Thank you very much, this is exactly what will be useful for us in the parish! Just a small problem: it seems that when you don't select at least one item in each category (funerals, intentions, etc.), an error occurs (see screenshot below). It's almost perfect...;)
Vincent RABERGEAU
P. Raphaël Cournault: And it's nice to have provided a banner (with the date) to integrate other types of ads. When it is ready, what a gain of time for the people in charge of the oral and written announcements in our various bell towers! Thanks!
Samuel LEURENT
P. Raphaël Cournault: Great functionality, it will also serve us well! Thank you so much
On the other hand, if there is no mass over a period, would it be possible to hide the days in the document!
Thanks again

The week before Sunday mass should cover the majority of needs. Thanks to you - Christian Matthys

Good evening, Bruno, good evening, Father Raphaël.
Is a sheet of this type (PJ) suitable?
In fact, I too would be interested... but I understand that we touch on many different areas of the application.
Simon LÉVÊQUE
Vincent RABERGEAU: yes it's also what I'm looking for
M
Misha
Vincent RABERGEAU: did you generate this with Enoria?
Vincent RABERGEAU
Misha: Hi, Misha.
Unfortunately, no. I used the Enoria symbols to create a sheet in Word with a presentation in the style that would be useful to us. In short, old-fashioned tinkering...

Bruno MEZIERE to move forward on this request we would need a template for such a sheet and a list of the exhaustive data it could include.
What would be the exact date range to take into account?
Bruno MEZIERE
P. Raphaël Cournault: Good evening, thank you.
For the announcement sheet, the funeral of the previous week must appear, those of the following week - as well as the intentions of mass (with the times and days of celebration).
When weddings or baptisms are also planned (the previous Saturday and the following Saturday)
For example:
This weekend's announcement sheet:
Saturday November 19, until Sunday November 27 + funerals celebrated from Monday November 14 to Saturday November 19 (which would directly integrate the intentions)
And is it possible to include the catechesis meetings, choral meetings... which are in the room reservation schedule?
Thank you

Bruno MEZIERE: unfortunately that's your specific need. To be able to launch a development, we must find a solution that suits a majority of the 500 user parishes...
For the sacraments and the Masses it is quite simple.
When it comes to meetings on the agenda, it's almost impossible: how to automatically discriminate between room bookings without human intervention?
I can have 6 rooms mobilized for the KT on Tuesday (that's 6 room reservations), work in this building, a meeting with the technical services of the town hall that I do not want to see appear...
Bruno MEZIERE
P. Raphaël Cournault: if that's not possible... Nothing serious!

Bruno MEZIERE: Everything is feasible but in order to launch a development you must be able to generalize a need, make it generic. Now I don't really see how to deal with your problem.

It seems to me that Father Raphael's description would suit us perfectly. With regard to the occupancy of rooms or churches that we do not want to announce, cannot we integrate an indicator (announcement or not) when entering the reservation? This discrimination can also probably be achieved by a keyword in the reservation title or notes. In addition, it may be useful for parishioners to announce to them a temporary closure of the church for work.
