Improving the registration link for liturgical actors

The registration link for liturgical actors: https://public.enoria.app/pubinsc/acteurs/505
Is a great news. Bravo!
However, I see 3 possible improvements that would be very useful to us for its adoption:
1 - A longer duration (at least 120 days of visibility), because the programming of singers and organists is done on a quarterly basis... and the current duration of around 45 days only makes it possible to manage the coming month (too short).
2 - Is it possible to have a link that only filters “Sunday Masses” (and another link without a filter). Ideally using a parameter in the URL (like:” /pubinsc/actors/3xxx8/6faxxxxx3fa24f33d? filter=dominical”). Thus, this would greatly reduce the amount of information to information useful for singers/organists/and other liturgical functions specific to Sunday Masses and which are not useful for weekday Masses and other celebrations (OR, it is necessary to simplify to maximize its use and the abandonment of current solutions in favor of the adoption of ENORIA, in this phase of “change management”).
3 - Ideally, I would also like an additional URL parameter that predefines the “liturgical function” for displaying the page. With the consequence of only seeing this liturgical function when the parameter is present (This would greatly facilitate use and adoption. For example for the Chantres group (which could easily collaborate by seeing VERY CLEARLY the holes to be filled).

Élodie Massa Thanks to the whole team! I imagine that we will soon find in the documentation all the possibilities offered by this improvement: what fields can we filter on? On the church? And how (what filter 'code' to use, like “type_messe”).

Élodie Massa Thanks! It is this page that, I think, will be completed, isn't it?

Hubert SALLÉ Hi, I'm not sure I understand your question.
Indeed, there were several requests in the original request, and many more were added as a comment.
The choice of the type of Sunday or Daily Mass and the posting period are now possible.
I therefore invite you to open a new evolution request for the functionalities that you think you need to add, this will make it possible to assess whether this need is similar for many users or not.
Michel PERRINET
Hubert SALLÉ It is in fact possible to create links that filter over a period or type of celebration (simply add parameters to the URL that you communicate to your liturgical actors). The list of parameters is defined in the text in the screenshot above, for example by adding “? type_messe=dominical” at the end of the URL

[Baptisms] and [Weddings] do not create [Celebrations] automatically (indeed a Baptism can be “attached” to a Celebration, so these are 2 distinct things that Enoria proposes to create separately...).
However, these Sacraments reserve the church well on the agenda and need a celebrant... moreover, in the excellent “Next Time” development (although a bit short in visibility: going from 30 to 45 J would at least allow to review “the entire coming month” in the processes), the reservation presents both the Celebrations And the Sacraments with/without Celebration.
Likewise, these Sacraments, without celebration, need [Liturgical roles]... at least one Sacristan!
2 Possible solutions:
* Or add the Sacraments without an attached Celebration in the Inscription of Liturgical Actors (as in “Next Time”)... (but it seems difficult to me technically and functionally because it would require two places where liturgical roles would be attached)
* Or propose to create the Celebration (or to connect to an existing Celebration) at the output of the Sacrament sheet as soon as the date, the place (and the Celebrant?) are known... so that the existing liturgical role process can then function comprehensively.
Michel PERRINET
And in terms of coherence of “vocabulary”, you talk about “Liturgical Role” everywhere, so why use the “Function” vocabulary on this page? Shouldn't we write [Choosing a Role]?
Michel PERRINET
A, one more “treat”:
If I connect to this link while also being a User with the right to “Manage Liturgical Roles”, then couldn't we add 2 icons next to the hourglass? (valid and deleted)
A vision on a single page would make the work of those responsible VERY EFFECTIVE (today, you have to open each Celebration before validating the roles, then go back, move on to the next celebration...)
(another possibility is to do it based on the vision of the celebrations as a User - in order to integrate user rights management - but the validation would benefit from being done directly at the level of the lists and not at the level of the Celebration page)

Hortense MEKRI
Thank you for these suggestions for improvements that I find very relevant.
In the same vein, I would have another proposal for evolution:
Would it be possible to send an email confirming registration (once the request has been validated by a manager) and a reminder 1 or 2 days before the celebration?
Indeed, readers register via the link, but then they don't know if their request has been validated (unless they go back by themselves), and can forget the big day since there is no reminder. They can in fact register several weeks before... and forget!
Michel PERRINET
Hortense MEKRI: Yes the “Notification of liturgical actors” would be an excellent advance... But it seems to me that it is much more “greedy” for the development team than the simple filters requested.
Xavier d'HALLUIN
Thank you Michel for these very clear details, which join the parishes in my diocese who are asking me the same thing. I will add two other improvements: the possibility to cancel your registration. And to qualify an answer by putting “yes, if there is no one else”
Michel PERRINET
Xavier d'HALLUIN Yes, the cancellation by the parishioner of a liturgical role “not yet validated by the manager” is a real subject that has come up to me several times.
This mainly corresponds to input errors...
Nicole PARRENIN
I fully agree with these proposals.
