Add a “Private” checkbox in the room reservation form, near the “Add to the MapaParoisse application” option (image 1).

This option would make it possible not to broadcast the details of certain reservations in the iCalendar feeds used on our website, while maintaining, if possible, the window visible under a generic mention (“Booked”). (picture 2)

The objective is to preserve the confidentiality of reservations while maintaining the visibility of room availability.

Would it be possible to study the feasibility of this evolution?
