Hello, in my parish as in others I think, we have a secretary who creates the masses and registers the celebrants, then a liturgical manager and his team.
Today, the secretary and the liturgical manager have access to writing the celebrations and songs, and the team only has access to the registration form for liturgical actors.
But we want the team to be able to have access to songs and information + private notes on each mass (notes that are not available on the form).
We created an Enoria access for them to have access to the songs and celebrations in reading so that they could not modify bad news (other actors, priests...) by mistake. But in this case, team members cannot register directly on Enoria, they must always go through the actors' form which asks them to authenticate themselves when they are already connected to Enoria. And they can't create a song program for a mass either.
I propose 2 solutions:
  • Or to review the management of authorizations to allow actors who are not responsible for teams to be able to only register as actors (without modifying a mass, its celebrant or other actors), and to be able to create a mass program.
  • Or to integrate a personal link to the form, directly into the celebrations page, as is the case for other group forms. And once they are registered, to have something that allows them to create their mass program without accessing the rest.
Thanks 🙏
