Access to funeral lightweight contact data
Damien PAULIN
Allow access to the data of light funeral contacts (ContactFamilyContact) through document templates.
Given the complexity of our parish ensemble, we are forced to process the sending of invitations for November 2 via Brevo. With the first uses of light contacts at our funerals, we are noticing that document templates cannot, to date, access this data.
Damien PAULIN
Lightweight contacts are now available in document templates via f.contactFamilleContact (.title, .first name, .last name, .mail, and.telephone).
But be careful, for light funeral contacts, the Contact of the deceased page transmits to the model only contacts who have a person file. Thus, it is not yet possible to have light contacts from this page to date. To get the light funeral contacts, you have to go through funeral celebrations.

Thanks again Damien. I was not far from the solution, but with this information, I am reaching my goal!
I confirm that, for light contacts, the contact data accessible via the person of the deceased is empty and that it must actually be accessed through funeral celebrations. The available document templates are to be repeated.

I added a template to the shared templates store that lists both “parishioners to keep” and “one-time contacts”:
“FUNERAL - Lists of contact persons including minor contacts - for November 2”
To be launched from the funeral list.
NB: I just saw the update today of R. Cornault's template “FUNERAILLES - List of contacts of the deceased for November 2 with postal address, email and telephone”, with a code that is certainly more elegant than mine (and variables that I discovered).
Finally, more detailed documentation on the variables available in the various areas of Enoria would be appreciated and appreciated.

Thanks Damien. We will have the same need to list punctual/light contacts. The seven or so models of documents available in the shared store to create a contact list for November 2 do not allow it to date (after tests on our deceased, unless I am mistaken)
